What You’ll Do:

Treasury management / Cash management and Treasury Back-Office

- Entry of payments in the KYRIBA treasury management system

- Analysis of the daily cash position of the French entities in KYRIBA: balancing between bank accounts and investment proposals

- Reconciliation of bank flows in KYRIBA

- Flow compliance: research into the elements required by the banks as part of the control of financial flows by the various financial regulatory authorities (USA, European Union, France, etc.)

- Back-office support for market operations (foreign exchange, interest rates): preparing and monitoring flows (foreign exchange, euros), collecting and/or sending SSIs (Standard Settlement Instructions), etc.

Cash management control & reporting.

Cash reporting:

- Month-end reminders to subsidiaries, monitoring of returns

- Entering exchange rates in the KYRIBA treasury tool

- Checking the integration of bank statements in KYRIBA

Financial result report:

- Monthly update of interest and commission calculations on loans

- Calculation of the weighted average rate of debt by entity and group

- Participation in the calculation of detailed and documented provisions for interest charges and financial income

Middle Office:

- KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures: collecting and completing the documents required by the banks as part of their KYC procedures when opening bank account(s), updating banking powers, etc.

- Miscellaneous: taking part in the process of issuing international bank guarantees, checking bank commission billings, etc.

What it Takes:

•  Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
•  Ability to work as part of a team and good interpersonal skills.
•  Experience in cash management would be a plus.
•  Good level of English (preferable).
