Customer Relations and Digital Project Coordinator - FRANSAT (in apprenticeship)

Who You Are: You will be a Digital Marketing and Communication officer at FRANSAT subsidiary, reporting to the B2C Marketing and Communication Manager, and you will actively participate in the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategies.

Your missions: As a subsidiary of the Eutelsat Group, FRANSAT was created in 2009 to fulfill a mission of general interest: to enable the reception of free DTT channels for all metropolitan French citizens through satellite technology covering 100% of the territory. Its main target consists of households located in "white areas," meaning areas that do not receive or poorly receive digital terrestrial hertzian network (DTT) and are also not covered by ADSL, fiber, or cable. Approximately 2 million viewers receive television via FRANSAT in metropolitan France.

• You assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of marketing actions.
• You conduct mini-market studies based on FRANSAT data and prepare monthly Analytics reports.
• You plan and monitor promotions on the online store.
• You write news articles for the website www.fransat.fr on a regular monthly basis with relevant content optimized for SEO.
• You actively participate in the development of other content with high editorial value: POS materials, packaging, etc.
• You assist your manager in monitoring FRANSAT's digital agency on Social Media Activity (including contests), SEO, SEA, and Web analysis.
• You create and monitor email campaigns and newsletters using a marketing automation tool.
• You brief external graphic designers for various marketing department needs.
• You participate in creating content for the FRANSAT LinkedIn account.

Required skills:

• You are pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree from a business school or equivalent, and you are looking for an apprenticeship for a mandatory duration of 2 years starting in September 2024.
• You have previous experience (including internships) in a digital environment: startup, communication agency.
• You are organized and versatile with a good sense of initiative and communication.
• You have excellent writing skills, perfect mastery of written and spoken French (English is a plus).

Your strengths:

• Knowledge of graphic tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and video editing.
• You enjoy teamwork and collaboration while demonstrating autonomy and rigor.

Your future workplace:

• You will be based at the Issy-Les-Moulineaux site, a stimulating, modern, intercultural space, in the heart of various telecommunications actors in France, and close to transportation!
