Who You Are: 

You will be a part of enterprise design (A group of highly skilled and specialized professionals focused on designing E2E solutions for complex business initiatives, from an experience, process and architecture lens) with a focus on process analysis and improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Design concept together with the wider enterprise design team for new business initiatives
• Drive adoption of business processes with impacted stakeholders
• Describe required improvements on business processes identified during the concept
• Work with delivery team to ensure that business processes are kept up-to-date with system features and functionalities
• Engage with the feature launch team to communicate about updated business impacted by the features

What It Takes:

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in defining B2B sales management, contract lifecycle and sales reporting process definition
• Fluent in French and English minimum
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter mindset
• Has a good appreciation on IT systems and platform related to sales
• Proficiency in process design
• Problem-solving skills
