What You’ll Do:

• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Develop sustainable talent acquisition hiring plans and strategies
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Lead, oversee and supervise a team of global recruiters based in Italy, France, UK and Mexico and act as a point of escalation
• Ownership global career fairs, assessment centres similar events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Periodically review the employee referral programs

What It Takes:

• Considerable years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role
• In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and employer branding techniques
• Lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Expertise in all selection methods, and  techniques and candidate assessment
• Working knowledge of HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
• Curiosity and a willingness to understand the roles, responsibilities and competencies within the organisation
• BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field

What We’d Love:

• Experience working in a global/multinational environment or dynamic tech environment desirable
• Degree educated, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology or similar subject
• Working knowledge of Success Factors – Recruiting desirable
