Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Apprentice – Supply Chain to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our operations and logistics functions across the GEO-LEO satellite network. In this position, you’ll work closely with supply chain partners, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders, contributing directly to our mission of global connectivity. What You'll Do:
• Stocks monitoring: In direct touch with supply chain partners and logistics contacts from our 3PL and factories
• Forecasts monitoring/analysis and the stock allocation process
• Usage of internal portal to monitor the stock and purchase plan
• Internal stock movements management/monitoring both at external and internal portals
• Inbound stock monitoring through vendor interaction data
• Service level monitoring based on KPI (time/cost)
• Costs measurement
• Support on the Supply Chain budget monitoring process
• Suggestion for improvement (process/time/cost/quality)

 

What You’ll Need:
• A Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes (planning, logistics, inventory, KPI tracking)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) — even theoretical knowledge is acceptable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn and contribute
• Strong sense of organization and ability to manage priorities
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Italian or French is a plus depending on location
