Supply Chain Analyst
The Supply Chain Analyst is a member of the Supply Chain Team.
He/She is in charge of the purchase plan management and the budget monitoring including costs checking.
The Purchase to Pay Analyst reports to the Head of Supply Chain.
He/She is in direct touch with Sales Team, factories, suppliers and Supply Chain teammates
Main responsibilities:
The scope of the position is as below:
- Management of the purchase plan: based on the forecasts, the stock level, the sales trend, the different leadtime to anticipate, he/she defines the purchase plan with qty and dates to trigger the orders
- SPOC for the factories and suppliers to follow the purchase plan
- Management of the costs: he/she checks that the costs are in line with the different contractual rate cards or the ad hoc agreements.
- Lead the coordination of the different stakeholders who are involved in the costs checking
- Management of the action plan dedicated on the cost checking and potential improvements
- Formalization of potential business request related to any expected IT system improvement
- Monitor the budget for the Supply Chain
- Identify potential warning related to costs deviance, cost increase etc. with root causes and action plan.
- Contribute to the new purchase plan tool implementation
The Purchase to Pay Analyst has the following internal customers:
- The other departments of the Operations Department
- The Pre-Sales Team, Sales Team, the Supply Chain Teammates
The Purchase to Pay Analyst is accountable for the KPI in his/her scope:
- KPI related to the leadtime
- KPI related to costs and budget
- KPI related to stock level
- Average cost depending on region/market/kit/distribution channel etc.
The Purchase to Pay Analyst guarantees the operational monitoring and budget consistency of the activities in the scope.
Reporting line:
- Reports to the Head of Supply Chain
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar business environment
- Good knowledge and experience of managing purchase plan, costs control, budget
- Good communication skills and able to work remotely with limited supervision
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to organizational changes, taste for challenges
- Master of IT tools
- English written and spoken fluently
- Finance Training or equivalent
