What You’ll Do:

The Logistics Partners Coordinator reports to the Head of Supply chain. He/she performs all activities and tasks necessary to anticipate the storage capacity, to operate the storage, the stock monitoring, the preparation of the orders and the deliveries. He/she manages the relation with the suppliers with respect to the contractual commitments from both side.

 

What it Takes: 

  • Managing the relationship with all the logistics partners (for warehousing and deliveries)
  • Monitoring the service level of the partners: “time to”, “cost” and “quality”.
  • Monitoring the stock and the storage capacity in relation with the Purchase Plan Manager.
  • Anticipating the evolution of the demand.
  • Managing potential claims & delays.
  • Working with teams within the Supply Chain in order to secure the demand and SLA.
  • Implementing and animating improvement action plan.
  • Finding solutions to improve our service level and customer satisfaction, to optimize the processes.
  • Structuring the methodology and the process and contributing to the deployment
