Who You Are:

You are passionate about process management and Lean methodology. Task oriented and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You love rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You are sparked by a fast pace, new challenges, and always have an eye on achieving business outcomes. You lead discussions, build consensus, push boundaries, and crush deadlines.

The ISO Manager is responsible for leading the QMS implementation and ISO certification for Eutelsat Group per the assigned portfolio and defined perimeters.

This requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO14001 standards, and problem-solving, working closely with operators, work teams, management, customers, and suppliers to gather insights and propose solutions.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Reporting into the Head of ISO Compliance in the Eutelsat Group, lead and manage ISO certifications, including internal and external audits per the assigned perimeters
  • Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management (ISO 9001), Information Security (ISO 27001), and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
  • Defining and drafting internal procedures, periodically updating them to comply with regulations and changes in the context.
  • Conducting detailed analyses to identify the root causes of Non-Conformities and implementing effective Corrective Actions, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence in business processes.
  • Monitoring of the deadlines of all Activities and Corrective actions generated by ISO Management Systems. 
  • Monitoring of process metrics (KPIs), identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Manage and organize meetings and interviews with Process Owners. 

 

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in leading successful process improvement project portfolio
  • Must have exposure to all the ISO standards 9001/14001/27001 (desired)
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present this in a clear and concise manner
  • Business transformation skills and Quality management (first time right/on time delivery)
  • Experience in Space Tech/ Satellite Telecom or Telco operator sectors (desired)
  • Educational background: Engineering/Technology/Business management/ Economics/ Finance
  • Professional qualification: Certified Lead ISO Auditor (desired)
  • Language: Fluent in English (mandatory), French and/or Italian (both optional)
