Job Overview:

Are you fluent in French and passionate about Talent Acquisition?
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented French-speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic global Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have a strong understanding of English. You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes, helping to identify, attract, and retain top talent for various positions within the company.

You will be joining an international team of recruiters, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The Talent Acquisition function is global, giving you the opportunity to contribute to cross-border projects and support hiring needs across multiple countries.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in drafting job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with additional tasks as needed.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, foreign languages or a related field.
  • Full professional fluency in French (essential) and a strong command of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to integrate in a workgroup whose activities are directed towards multinational and multicultural environments;
  • Desire to get involved and to share innovative ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
