Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior System Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with various technical departments, contributing directly to key infrastructure projects and supporting critical services. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the continuity, performance and security of our systems. This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact within a forward-thinking and inclusive organization.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in systems engineering and operations. You enjoy solving complex technical problems, automating processes and collaborating in a dynamic team environment. You are committed to continuous improvement, quality service delivery and staying up to date with the latest technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Design, Maintain and update physical and virtual servers and infrastructure systems
• Ensure the continuity of critical production services and support operational excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze issues, identify solutions and implement fixes
• Write down technical procedures, configurations and best practices to share with team members
• Support automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools like Ansible

What You’ll Need

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration
• Experience with SSL certificate management
• Advanced skills in Ansible role development
• Scripting proficiency in Bash and Python
• Familiarity with MySQL, InfluxDB, Telegraf and Grafana
• Experience with VMware vSphere 7 cluster administration
• Windows Server administration knowledge

Optional but Preferred:

• AWS administration experience
• Azure B2C knowledge
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi
