Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced NOC Manager to oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident management, and shift coordination at our RMB Teleport facility. You will ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalation procedures are consistently met, maintaining high levels of operational reliability and responsiveness.

 

Who You Are:
You are a proactive leader with strong experience in network operations center management. You thrive in high-pressure environments, have excellent problem-solving skills, and excel at coordinating teams and processes to maintain system uptime and rapid incident resolution.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage 24/7 NOC operations, including shift scheduling and coordination
  • Oversee incident detection, response, and escalation according to established protocols
  • Ensure KPIs related to uptime, response times, and incident resolution are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network and teleport issues promptly
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders during incidents
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NOC efficiency and effectiveness

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience managing a NOC or similar operations center
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Effective communication skills
