Junior Sales Channel Manager - Tanzania
The Sales Channel Manager will be responsible for assisting the Country manager establishing new partners and sales channels as well as maintaining and following the relationship with existing partner in order to reach sales and revenue target. The role requires also assisting with the day to day administrative and operational tasks that are needed in the country.
Responsabilities:
- Identify and approach key or strategic partners for sales, distribution, and projects
- Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with all Sales Representatives
- Responsible for resellers, sub-resellers and sales agent training, on-boarding and follow up
- Managing and maintaining sales processes with Resellers, sub-resellers and sales agent by creating, disseminating and maintaining sales related materials
- Ensure sales material is up to date and well disseminated among all sales representatives
- Responsible for Virtual Shop Management
- Work with Marketing team to build an adapted lead qualification process and report on campaign performance
- Lead management leader for sales representative. This includes KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Engage To Order process.
- Work with Marketing team to ensure Promotion campaigns are adopted, well understood, and effectively used by all sales representatives.
- Responsible for delivering insights and monitor competition and report to the Country manager
- Work with Communication team to ensure the delivery of relevant POS materials in time to sales representatives and Points of Sale.
- Ensure POS material are deployed as per Communication recommendations
- Create, manage, and maintain Customer and Reseller feedbacks processes to improve our product offering and customer experience. This includes Business Use cases edition and sharing across sales representatives
- Responsible for reviewing our material translation in Swahili
Requirements:
- BAC +3 years in Sales, Management, Marketing or Telecoms
- Fluent English & Swahili is mandatory
- Experience in telecom or channel management is a plus;
- Sales experience, commercial awareness, excellent communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and ready for new challenges
- Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" marketing duties as needed to support the team and business
