Internship - Help Desk Operator (M/F)

Location: Vicenza

Open Sky is part of Eutelsat, a multinational company and leading satellite operator in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We provide satellite communication for 40 years for video, data and broadband applications.
We're looking for an intern in Technical Help Desk area with pro-active personality. Working as an intern at Eutelsat is dynamic. The internship provides personal development opportunities and an international experience.

Main purpose of internship

The trainee within technical help desk team will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced technicians that will provide the initial training. The main activities followed will be the following:

• Performs service desk functions, responds to ticket inquiries and troubleshoots customer issues;
• Assists in analyzing and evaluating network issues;
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other related PC tools
• Good organizational skills
• Pro-activity e problem solving mind-set
• Customer oriented personality

Duration: 6 months, full time - Starting ASAP
