Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Computer Systems and Network Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving continuous improvements to the IT infrastructure supporting satellite operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with systems administrators, customer support engineers, IT teams across the organization, RF engineers, and security specialists. You will contribute directly to infrastructure modernization initiatives, provide user support, and implement technology optimizations. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the data network infrastructure of Eutelsat Americas teleport facilities.
• Administer and configure VMware virtualization platforms for satellite control and carrier monitoring systems.
• Manage the satellite control and carrier monitoring user environment (Active Directory).
• Monitor the health and performance of the operational network and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate in improving and managing the operational network and IT infrastructure.
• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of the operations IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to users of Eutelsat Americas' Control Satellite Center.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of data network concepts such as routing, switching, security and firewalls.- Cisco, Fortinet
• Experience in system administration and automation.-Nice to have
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.-Nice to have
• Experience managing Active Directory environments.- nice to have
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms, preferably VMware.-Nice to Have
• Intermediate level of English skills is required, with emphasis on technical vocabulary and communication.
• Team player with self-learning abilities, action-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
