What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the execution of Eutelsat Group’s contractual obligations for the setup and delivery of Connectivity services, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes and timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by defining clear execution plans, facilitating smooth communication, and anticipating potential issues.
- Coordinate all internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.
- Clearly communicate objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.
- Develop and promote best practices for business support processes and governance.
- Manage business request priorities, facilitating arbitration and escalation of challenging business priorities between projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
What it Takes:
- Masters degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field with significant experience in telecom.
- From 5 to 10 years of experience in program/project management and/or customer facing experience in telecom or related industries
- Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMI PMP or Prince2 being advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise effectively. You proactively drive progress toward achieving objectives.
- A commercial mindset with a customer-first, can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners.
- Strong decision-making skills, effectively prioritizing multiple issues and requests while clearly communicating plans to stakeholders.
- Exceptional team spirit, with a focus on mentoring, training, and using a coaching approach to bring out the best in others.
- Ability to implement new processes or procedures and promote best practices.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Other beneficial languages may include Mandarin, Thai, Japanese.
- Ability to travel within the APAC region if required
Where You’ll Be:
- Position based in Australia (Sydney) or Singapore.
