What You’ll Do:

 

Reporting to the Senior Resilience Manager as part of the Group Cybersecurity function, the Resilience Lead will deliver Digitally Resilient Operations support to:

 

  • Work as part of the overall group function aiding in the delivery and management of the Eutelsat Group cyber resilience strategy.

  • Managing and conducting Security and Resilience risk and business impact analysis in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring the organization is resilient through collaboration with the internal Business Units in the development of business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans and procedures.

  • In collaboration with the Business Units, ensure plans are exercised and tested with actions tracked and issues remediated.

  • Assist in establishing security and resilience best practices for the organization.

  • Develop, own and maintain Group security documentation. Collaborating with internal stakeholders leads to guide and assure subsequent operational processes and procedures meets policy.

  • Maintain a keen awareness of developing security and resilience trends and legislation that could affect or enhance the delivery of our services to a global customer base.

  • Keep abreast of operational changes in a fluid business environment, ensuring that individual and team actions are taken in line with current best practice for meeting or defining Policy needs.

  • Deliver internal and external security audits in line with the assurance audit plan.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the security and resilience from technical improvements to procedural efficiencies.

  • Support the Group CISO and the Crisis Management team in the command and control of disruptive incidents events.

  • Be able to explain potentially complex technical subjects to all levels of the business and raise awareness of issues affecting security and resilience matters.

 

 

What it Takes:

 

  • Proven track record of technical background in information security, cyber threats, application systems, infrastructure and cloud platform.

  • 8+ years’ experience of delivering and supporting Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk and Compliance projects.

  • Experience working with Standards such as NIST 800 series, ISO27001, ISO22301, CMMC, CAF etc.

  • Demonstrable evidence of handling of 3rd party risk compliance in a technology company with service provision, 3rd party sites and complex supply chain engagement.

  • Understanding of the application of security and resilience requirements within legal documentation (e.g. Contracts, Managed Service Agreements etc).

  • Experience in working with ITIL and Agile working practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written skills & the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.

  • Able to produce security, resilience and crisis management policies, plans and procedures.

  • Able to develop presentations, reports and metric to ExCom and Risk Committees.

  • Experience with developing and delivering training to all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and able to work well under pressure.

  • The ability to keep a clear head and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to look at an issue and see or listen to suggestions of creative routes to remediate it.

  • Certification in BCI, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, CISSP or CISM would be an advantage.

  • Strong command of MS Office suite tools or Powerbase skills.

  • Native English will be preferred (or Fluent in English a must and required).

  • Able to speak French is an advantage but is not required.

  • Able to meet the requirements to obtain and hold UK National security vetting.

 

Where You’ll Be: London office based. Some travel required to fulfil the duties.
