Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in delivering a business-wide transformation programme. In this position, you’ll work closely with the project team and subject matter experts, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are:

You are passionate about supporting a project team with the management of project metrics and data to ensure the delivery of complex transformation projects via structured reporting and governance. You are detail-oriented and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to solve complex problems. You love rolling up your sleeves and working to improve the information and tooling capabilities for management and reporting of the projects.

What You’ll Do:

As part of the Operations organization, reporting into the head of the Transformation and Programs department, you will work on a diverse portfolio of transformation projects.

  • You will monitor and manage project metrics with the project managers to support the critical transformation projects as the PMO Analyst for the team, utilising your experience of project management office process and tooling.
  • Collaborate with the project leads, supporting them to track and report progress on delivering transformation workstreams in the organization
  • Work pro-actively on supporting the project team on project planning, governance, managing dependencies, critical risks and issues on the initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, KPIs, and status reports for senior leadership.
  • Manage the internal communications, and regular updates for the SharePoint and Confluence sites.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in a PMO or project support role.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • A high proficiency in JIRA and MS Excel is essential, and use of project mgmt tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to present complex datasets and project statuses in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail, willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’, and adapt per situation.
  • Experienced in an Operations environment with knowledge of Telecommunication or network infrastructure advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional qualification: Any project mgmt qualification/ Agile PM/ Lean Six Sigma desired

Where You’ll Work:

West London, UK or Turin, Italy, in hybrid mode.

Some travel around Europe is expected.
