Who You Are:

As a Knowledge Intern at Eutelsat, you will play a key role in our business growth, working within our Customer Journey team to ensure stakeholders and partners know what is planned, what is being delivered, how it will help them and how to adopt it.

What You’ll Do:

• You will help us achieve our strategic goals by enabling efficient and effective creation of knowledge and adoption guidance, ensuring that stakeholders are prepared and engaged.
• Prepare release documentation, knowledge articles, learning pathways and training videos across the customer journey, building into existing collateral where required.
• Manage business announcements and communications of new capabilities to internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate roadmaps and release plans so that our stakeholders and partners are aware of what is coming and can be prepared to use the capabilities we enable through new releases
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure that releases are accepted and adopted by the user community​
• Ensure that our stakeholders get the training and knowledge they need to use our products to be successful in their roles
• Optimise the usability of all business readiness content, standardise delivery and align processes across the business
• Analyse and report training and adoption and adapt change initiatives accordingly
• Support Distribution Partner training as required

What it Takes:

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with business, operational and product teams
• Excellent organisational skills to support all knowledge and adoption activities
• Strong understanding of network and connectivity technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
