Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled VP of Corporate Applications and Billing to join our team and play a critical role in developing solutions for number of stakeholders within Eutelsat. In this position, you’ll work closely with the CDIO and their leadership team and senior stakeholders in Eutelsat in various ExCom departments, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. What You’ll Do:

You will report to the Chief Data and Information Officer (CDIO), you will be part of Eutelsat’s Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for 3 key functions:

• Finance Applications: our set of applications primarily aimed at our Finance department users, this includes SAP S4/HANA, Kyriba, Esker.
• Billing Domain: This consists of multiple applications and ensure billing calculation to be invoiced to customers.
• Corporate and Collaboration Tools: a range of IT solutions for colleagues and customers, including our corporate website, Sharepoint, development lifecycle tools, internal user applications and more.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, vision and direction in your portfolio.
• Work with internal users and business stakeholders to build and maintain a roadmap of changes and new initiatives.
• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring delivery of features and enhancements on time and in quality.
• Work closely with the other teams of the CDIO unit and partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class processes and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Drive simplification of the tools landscape and the transformation of the Billing domain to consolidate systems and reach target architecture.
• Lead a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and professional development.
• Manage external suppliers and challenge / push them towards delivery excellence, track performance and push for continuous improvements.
• Manage the budget for your area.
• Ensure adherence to standards and certifications when applicable (ISO 9001, …).

What You’ll Need:

• Graduate degree in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in product planning, technical product development and software delivery.
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as a Director, VP or equivalent and proven expertise in leading mission critical projects/programs in the Telecoms or Satellite industry.
• Strong in stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, leading teams to drive results in a fast-paced environment, and financial management as budget owner.
• Previous experience in SAP, Billing and equivalent is desirable.

Where You’ll Work:

This role is based in Paris (or potentially London).
