Job Overview: We are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to reinforce our existing team, working broadly across multiple strategic projects within our operational scope (Satellite configuration and transmission).
This role will managing business needs and technical specifications across various business-critical applications and projects.

What you'll do :

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements, document detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, front-end and back-end developers, integration specialists (including platforms such as Mulesoft), and internal stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and oversee test scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Actively participate in integration, deployment, and production activities.
• Provide functional support and guidance to users.
• Coordinate functional evolutions across various systems within the operational scope.
• Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

What you'll need :

• Proven expertise in business analysis methodologies and functional specification documentation.
• Strong ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably French.
• Good understanding of API frameworks (REST, JSON).
  Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft is advantageous.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Analytical thinking, autonomy, proactive approach, and meticulousness.
• Adaptability and comfort working in technically complex environments.
• Experience within Satellite communications or telecommunications would be beneficial.
