Manager of Enterprise Application Services

Overview:

The Senior Enterprise Application Services Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the global administration and management of shared applications across the business. The role will involve assisting in the inventory, configuration, governance, and documentation of applications, coordinating migration efforts, and ensuring applications are integrated, maintained, and used effectively. This position is essential for ensuring that enterprise applications are fully leveraged to meet business needs while maintaining security and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• • Resolve user-reported issues and respond to requests for configuration changes in a timely manner.
  • Engage with users to understand their needs and facilitate best practices in tool usage.
  • Create and maintain process and procedure documentation, ensuring it is clear, comprehensive, and accessible.
  • Assist in conducting a comprehensive inventory of all shared applications used across the organization and help identify applications with overlapping functions within the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date and detailed documentation on all applications, ensuring that records are accurate and accessible.
  • Implement and manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for enterprise applications.
  • Develop usage guidelines and support procedures to optimize application use.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to promote the adoption and effective use of enterprise tools.
  • Organize training sessions, webinars, and other educational activities to enhance user proficiency.
  • Assist in the integration of all applications requiring Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Facilitate communication efforts, ensuring that all users are informed of relevant updates, changes, and best practices.
  • Support efforts to maintain applications in operational condition, keeping them updated and secure.
  • Assist in reducing security and data protection risks by implementing corrective and preventive measures.

What it takes:

• • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise application support, IT administration, or business analysis..
  • 2+ years of experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other enterprise platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and processes, such as ServiceNow
  • Strong skills in documenting processes, procedures, and usage guidelines.
  • Proven ability to analyze application usage and identify optimization opportunities
  • Ability to engage with users to understand their needs and facilitate best practices in tool usage.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactivity in identifying improvement areas and taking the initiative to address them
