Who You Are:
You are an experienced Senior Program Manager who thrives on delivering tangible results for our partners. You’re confident in customer-facing situations, skilled at tackling escalations, solving pain points, and turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. You’re a natural coordinator, working across multiple teams to ensure commitments are met while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset. Highly organized and execution-focused, you bring clarity and structure, remove obstacles, and lead with a balance of technical understanding, commercial awareness, and practical leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a primary contact for a portfolio of strategic partners
- Oversee the execution of Eutelsat Group’s contractual obligations for the setup and delivery of Connectivity services, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes and timelines.
- Maintain a 360° view on all streams engaged with our strategic partner and provide consolidated plans for all expected upcoming deliveries during contract lifecycle
- Proactively identify and remove blockers to accelerate revenue realization.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate and align internal teams (engineering, operations, product, and sales) to keep projects moving and deliverables on track.
- Provide clear, regular communication to executives, customers, and teams, including status, risks, and next steps.
- Manage escalations and complains for issues about delivery aspects
- Drive operational improvements by refining workflows, processes, and governance based on lessons learned.
- Facilitate prioritization of competing requests and lead escalations between internal teams to keep business priorities aligned.
- Contribute as a hands-on leader, jumping in where needed to solve problems, manage details, and support your team.
- Share knowledge and coach team members to develop a culture of customer focus and accountability
What it Takes:
- Preferred Masters degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field with some experience in telecommunications.
- From 10 to 15 years of experience in program/project management and/or customer facing experience in telecom or related industries
- A significative experience in customer facing operational activities (e.g. service management, on field support, service integration, customer care, etc.)
- Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMI PMP or Prince2 being advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise effectively. You proactively drive progress toward achieving objectives.
- A commercial mindset with a customer-first, can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners.
- Strong decision-making skills, effectively prioritizing multiple issues and requests while clearly communicating plans to stakeholders.
- Exceptional team spirit, with a focus on mentoring, training, and using a coaching approach to bring out the best in others.
- Ability to implement new processes or procedures and promote best practices.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. French is a plus.
- Ability to travel if required
