Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Business Controller | CDIO to join our team and play a critical role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across the CDIO (Chief Digital & Information Office) organization.

In this position, you’ll work closely with Senior IT leadership, Finance teams, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders, providing financial insights and supporting key decision-making processes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic IT environment while helping drive financial discipline and operational efficiency.

Who You Are

You are an experienced finance professional with a background in financial controlling and business partnering, ideally with exposure to IT or technology environments.

You have strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, enabling you to translate financial data into clear insights for business stakeholders. You demonstrate a high level of commitment, reliability, and attention to deadlines, and you are comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you build strong relationships across teams and organizational levels, and you bring a genuine interest in supporting technology-driven organizations.

What You’ll Do

Budget Monitoring & Variance Analysis

• Analyze monthly reporting packages for IT leadership teams actuals versus budget, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions
• Providing guidance and support to drive financial discipline across the IT organization
• Coordinate with local finance team – IT / FR / UK

Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Prepare inputs for forecast cycles, consolidating inputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Challenge inputs and explain drivers to Finance Team
• Support continuous improvement of financial workflows and tools

Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic business partner to Senior IT leadership, providing financial insights and decision-making support
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment between operational objectives and financial targets

Procure to Pay process

• Execute the end-to-end process of raising, validating, and tracking Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and provide guidance to IT teams
• Monitor timely renewals of Contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, and continuity of services with the Procurement team
• Support Senior leadership in evaluating supplier proposals and reach optimization target in line with Budget

Staff Capitalization

• Perform monthly staff cost capitalization processes, ensuring accurate allocation of time and resources to eligible projects

Processes Optimization

• Lead or support initiatives to streamline procurement, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Contribute to tools automation and standardization

What You’ll Need

• Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, or similar roles.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, ideally in IT or digital environments.

• Strong sense of commitment with consistent respect for deadlines
• Highly solutions-oriented, able to approach challenges with a pragmatic and positive mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills; build effective relationships across all teams and levels
• Demonstrates strong adaptability and thrives in changing or fast‑evolving environments.
