Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Accountant to join our team and play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. In this position, you’ll work closely with finance teams, project managers, and other departments, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and financial initiatives. Who You Are:
The ideal candidate is a skilled accountant with a strong understanding of financial principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You have experience in managing accounting projects, intercompany reconciliations, and working with financial systems such as SAP and OneStream. You are a detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Project and Rebilling Management: Participate in managing accounting projects, ensuring accurate tracking and traceability of operations. Handle internal and external rebillings (time-tracking, subcontracting) and collaborate with relevant departments for seamless integration.
- Fixed Assets Management: Ensure accurate accounting allocation of fixed assets, including managing capitalized salaries, performing reconciliation, and overseeing cash Capex entry.
- Inventory and Procurement: Conduct inventory checks to support procurement processes and optimize stock management.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies, ensuring smooth payroll processing.
- Banking and Financial Reporting: Accurately enter bank transactions and prepare VAT-CA3 declarations for compliance with tax regulations.
- Fiscal Management: Handle tax documents and fiscal returns (e.g., EC-EKS), expatriate charges, and social annexes.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a multinational or satellite technology company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (SAP, OneStream) and financial reporting tools.
- Experience in managing intercompany transactions and complex reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in financial regulations, including tax reporting and compliance.

This role is based at our headquarters in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France.
