Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Product Director to lead our commercial department, define go-to-market strategy, and oversee the development of our product and service roadmap. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, fostering long-term customer relationships, and aligning product offerings with market needs and business objectives.

You are a commercially driven leader with a proven track record in both sales leadership and product strategy. You combine a strong understanding of customer needs with a market-oriented mindset, and you excel at building high-performing teams. Your ability to align commercial goals with product development makes you a key player in driving organizational success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the sales and product teams, setting strategy and performance targets
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand customer base and grow revenue
- Oversee the full product and service roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
- Foster strong, long-term customer relationships and oversee key account management
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
- Monitor KPIs and market feedback to continuously improve product offerings and sales performance
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in a senior sales or product leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across sales, product, and marketing
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, value propositions, and competitive landscapes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage
