Who You Are:

As part of the Business Applications department, you will join the IT Finance team responsible for accounting, purchasing, sales, customer invoicing and logistics on S/4 Hana, as S/4 HANA Stream lead and S/4 expert.

As part of maintaining S4 in operational conditions and development projects, you will coordinate the activities on S/4 Hana on all modules implemented (mainly FI, SD and MM) for a dozen entities for now and also contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the solution.

The application involved is mainly SAP S/4 Hana, with integration with other applications such as Esker, TravelDoo, Kyriba, Cashsolve, ADP, Salesforce, Mule ESB, …

What You’ll Do:

Ensure the stability of the solution.
Identify areas for improvement and ensure that best practices are applied.
Drive the SAP activities in regard of the capacity of the team.
Respect the ISO methodology on project and run, the planning and the SLAs
Animate business committees.
Ensure the monthly releases are correctly delivered.
Develop a good understanding of business processes and priorities through a strong collaboration with the business team.
Understand the business needs, suggest, define and implement evolutions in S/4.
Write technical and functional documentation.
Maintain and enrich the configuration/customizing of the S/4 core model as part of the run activities.
Perform integration tests and assist with user acceptance.
Support the business in change management and training.

What it Takes: 

With a BAC+5 degree, you have at least 8 years' experience on SAP FI or SAP SD/MM with an experience of at least 2 years driving SAP activities.
You have already been involved in the implementation and run activities of SAP ERP.
You have experience in configuration of S/4 HANA.
You have a working knowledge of global sales and purchasing processes and the associated finance impacts.
You are able to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing solution.
You have good analytical skills, a good ability to summarize and capacity to adapt to your interlocutor (management, business operatives, partners, etc.).
Autonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity and a sense of service are all essential in this position.
You are used to work in an intercultural environment and with external partners.
You speak French and English fluently, speaking Italian and/or Spanish would be a plus.
