Job Overview
As part of the Corporate Applications team, you will join the group responsible for accounting, procurement, sales, fixed assets, and logistics on SAP S/4HANA.
In the scope of operational maintenance and enhancement projects for S/4HANA, you will oversee group finance topics (FI-AR, FI-AP, RAR, FI-AA, E-Invoicing) for approximately ten entities deployed on SAP.
From a tooling perspective, the main applications involved are SAP S/4HANA and its surrounding ecosystem (Kyriba, Cashsolve, ADP, Salesforce, Onestream, Eagle Act, BW4, etc.). Accounting interfaces between these applications are managed through MuleSoft ESB.
What You’ll Do:
- Proposing, defining, and implementing the finance stream to support Eutelsat's business diversification (B2C).
- Maintaining and enhancing Core Model configuration as part of application maintenance.
- Analyzing and proposing functional solutions, estimating effort for change requests and projects based on business needs.
- Writing functional and technical documentation.
- Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring best practices in finance and logistics processes.
- Supporting business teams in change management and delivering user training.
- Conducting integration testing and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) with at least 6 years of experience in SAP Finance modules, ideally with exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP implementations, particularly in Finance processes related to procurement, sales, and logistics.
- Strong autonomy, teamwork skills, adaptability, curiosity, and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to be proactive and support organizational change.
- Analytical skills, synthesis ability, and adaptability to different audiences (executives, business teams, subcontractors).
- Experience working in a multicultural and outsourced environment.
- Good understanding of global end-to-end processes, from procurement to sales.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish is a plus.
