Who You Are: 

As part of the Corporate Applications department, you will join the IT team responsible for accounting, purchasing, sales, customer invoicing and logistics on S/4 Hana.

As part of maintaining S4 in operational conditions and development projects, you will coordinate the activities related to the procure-to-pay flow for around fifty entities and also contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the solution.          

The application involved are mainly SAP S/4 Hana and Esker, with integration with other applications such as Cytric, Kyriba, Sucessfactor, Salesforce, Mule ESB, …

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Propose, define and implement solutions for the Purchasing area, in coordination with sales, logistic or finance when needed
  • Maintain and develop the parameters of the core model as part of Run activities
  • Analyze and suggest functional solutions and costing requests for evolutions and projects, based on the expression of requirements
  • Write technical and functional documentation
  • Identify areas for improvement and ensure that best practice is adopted in the purchasing areas
  • Support the business in change management and run user training sessions
  • Carry out integration tests and assist with user acceptance procedures.

 

 

What it Takes: 

  • With a BAC+5 degree, you have at least 5 years' experience on SAP MM
  • You have already been involved in the implementation and run activities of SAP ERP.
  • You have experience in configuration of S/4 HANA, experience in using Fiori is a plus.
  • You have a working knowledge of global procure-to-pay process and the associated finance impacts.
  • You are able to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing solution.
  • You have good analytical skills, a good ability to summarize and capacity to adapt to your interlocutor (management, business operatives, partners, etc.).
  • Autonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity and a sense of service are all essential in this position.
  • You are used to work in an intercultural environment and with external partners.
  • You speak French and English fluently, speaking Italian and/or Spanish would be a plus.
