Job Overview:

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be responsible for the coordination of activities leading to the successful  launch of new offerings, or for the evolution and improvement of business missions related to dedicated large infrastructure.
  • You will work closely with all business and technical leaders: e.g Product offering leaders, Delivery managers, Engineering, IT,  Operations, and Legal team.
  • Specifically, you will be running Programs or Projects taking care of their governance, from their framing to execution.
  • Aligning all stakeholders to the same goals, managing overall risks and communication, facilitating conflicts and impediments.
  • Responsible for Program/project reporting and performance monitoring by defining and reviewing appropriate KPIsEnsuring adoption and compliance to Company best practices related to Program or Project managementRunning lessons learnt sessions to support process improvement.

 

What it Takes:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related technical field
  • 3+ years in a similar role: preferably with a business mission and within an international context, and with a proven track record in driving results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience with leading teams through influence
  • Understanding of main satellite communication principles and technical architecture components (e.g. RF, Earth Stations, Teleports, terminals, supporting IT tools, etc)
  • Knowledge of B2C and B2B Internet Service Providers business:  e.g backhauling, maritime or aviation services, or governmental applications
  • Knowledge of Business process principles and best practices (including Product Development) and a direct experience with change management initiatives
  • Availability to travel (up to 20%) of time, if required;

 

What We’d Love:

  • Understanding of terrestrial networking fundamentals (E.g. Cloud, Datacenters, IP transit, IP addressing, VPN, etc).
  • Understanding of financial concepts: budgeting, cost management, business planning;
  • Familiarity with Agile or scaled Agile frameworks;

Ability to use Analytics tools to generate or customize reports;
