Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
- Lead and manage the payroll team, currently composed of one employee and one apprentice.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for approximately 600 employees, including fixed elements (seniority, leave) and variable components (bonuses, overtime, sick leave, accidents).
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Review and validate social and tax declarations to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Stabilize operations following the go-live of the new SAP SuccessFactors (Strada) payroll system starting January 1st, 2025.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments in payroll and labor law, and adapt internal practices accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to verify payroll-related accounting entries and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
2. Personnel Administration
- Draft employment contracts and manage employee absences, leave, bonuses, and other payroll-related events.
- Handle end-of-employment processes: prepare final pay documents, work certificates, and unemployment forms.
- Manage employee benefits, including insurance and pension schemes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system (France scope).
- Liaise with benefits providers (mutuelle, retirement, disability, PEE, PERCO).
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and internal teams to address employee queries and ensure compliance.
- Monitor legal and collective agreement developments relevant to payroll and employment law.
Prepare regular HR reports and ad hoc studies for the HR Director and Executive Management (compliance, audits, etc.).
