Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Manager Account Payable to join our team at Eutelsat Group and play a critical role in managing our financial operations. In this position, you will oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy in supplier invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations, while supporting the company's growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, and lead a team of professionals. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a global leader in satellite communications, known for its commitment to innovation and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of 2 employees in their daily activities.
• Oversee the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor supplier payments and ensure optimal management of payment deadlines.
• Coordinate supplier account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
• Prepare and execute monthly and annual closings, meeting deadlines and accounting requirements.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of financial data related to suppliers.
• Manage relationships with subsidiaries and act as the primary contact for all intercompany transactions.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes and tools related to accounts payable management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (general accounting, management control, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination.
• Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize supplier management processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Fluent English (both oral and written) is essential.
• Significant experience in accounts payable (AP) management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA tools.
• Proficient in Esker and Excel (advanced level).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
