What You’ll Do:

• Identify areas for improvement in processes and their application.
• Consolidation of business processes and procedures (best practices, use of tools, performance indicators).
• Leading a community of players involved in the customer journey (from sales offer to payment collection).
• Managing identified changes (and monitoring their adoption) within the community (project management).

What it Takes:

• Engineer training or equivalent (Bac + 4/5)
• First experience in business Environment or operations consultancy.
• Ability to adapt to organizational changes (flexibility and openness), taste for challenges.
• Methodical and structured mindset.
• Intellectual curiosity, analytical skills.
• Mastery of IT tools (Excel, PPT)
• English written and spoken fluently.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good attention to details.

What We’d Love:

• Experience of using LEAN SIX SIGMA and/or Agile methodology to continuously improve the business.
• Knowledge of operations environment: control, process in B2C & B2B market.
