What You’ll Do:

Purchasing management:
- Contribute to tender processus (requirements redaction, offers synthesis and analysis, scoring) with confirmed purchasers, or directly on your scope under manager supervision
- Contribute to negotiation of the purchased services and to cost consolidation
- Direct responsibility for operational purchasing families

Supplier review:
- Maintain the suppliers database up to date
- Follow supplier compliance on specific service requirements, identify quality issues and escalate non-conformity
- Execute market studies on specific markets or purchasing families
- Benchmark alternative suppliers or solutions to feed the innovation channels

Administrative and financial reporting:
- Operational reporting follow-up with KPI updates
- Centralize and control the data related to the purchasing expenses by families. Propose ameliorations and ideas consistent with the purchasing strategies to enhance the performance.
- Analyse the spends on your families to identify trends and cost reductions opportunities
- Update and follow up the contracts database

What it Takes:

• Master 2 cursus with purchasing specialisation.
• French and English languages.
• Communication skills.
• Synthesis and organisation skills.
