Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT performance and financial lead | CDIO to join our team and play a critical role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across the CDIO (Chief Digital & Information Office) organization.
In this position, you’ll work closely with Senior IT leadership, Finance teams, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders, providing financial insights and supporting key decision-making processes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic IT environment while helping drive financial discipline and operational efficiency.

You are an IT leader with expertise in planning, performance management, and IT portfolio governance
You have strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, enabling you to translate data into clear insights for business stakeholders. You demonstrate a high level of commitment, reliability, and attention to deadlines, and you are comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you build strong relationships across teams and organizational levels, and you bring a genuine interest in supporting technology-driven organizations.
What You’ll Do:
Procure to Pay process
- Execute the end-to-end process of raising, tracking Purchase Requests (PRs) and receipt PO
- Ensure accurate vendor coding (GL, cost center, project) to avoid rework and accounting adjustments
- Follow up timely renewal of contracts to ensure compliance and service continuity in close collaboration with the Procurement team
- Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and provide guidance to IT teams
- Support IT team and Procurement team in evaluating supplier proposals and reach optimization target in line with Budget
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain day‑to‑day working relationships with suppliers
- Support cost‑optimization efforts and closely track vendor performance metrics to monitor reliability, quality, and overall delivery against objectives and contractual KPIs
- Support contract updates or amendments by gathering operational inputs and usage data
Budget & Forecasting
- Prepare inputs for budget and forecast cycles, consolidate, and ensure data accuracy with IT teams
- Deliver Inputs to Finance team in timely manner with clear drivers and explanations
Staff Capitalization
- Collect monthly timesheet to support staff cost capitalization, ensuring accurate allocation of time and resources to eligible projects
What You’ll Need:
- Around 10 years of experience in IT performance management.
- Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of commitment with consistent respect for deadlines
- Highly solutions-oriented, able to approach challenges with a pragmatic and positive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills; build effective relationships across all teams and levels
- Demonstrates strong adaptability and thrives in changing or fast‑evolving environments.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Where You’ll Work: In our HQ, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
