Your Team:
Reporting to the Head of HRIS in the Compensation & Benefits & HRIS Team within the HR Department and to support our HR digital transformation journey, we are looking for a HRIS Project Coordinator (Freelance, 3 days/week)
Your Impact:
A) RUN mode:
✓ Monitor the HRIS interface with the French payroll system
✓ Monitor our Workforce analytics tool (allshare) and the HRIS interface
✓ Monitor the HRIS interface with PeopleDoc application
✓ Provide support to HR stakeholders
B) Project Mode :
✓ Prepare, coordinate and follow-up group-wide rollout processes in coordination with the implementation partners
✓ Gather and coordinate functional requirements
✓ Support implementation of change/update/releases & Identify process improvements.
✓ Project-management of New HR processes in the Different HRIS Modules (EC, RMK, PMGM, etc..)
✓ Ensure HR Processes are in accordance and conformity with compliance & Data Protection (Local Data Protection Agreements, GDPR, Data Retention, ETC...)
✓ Participate and facilitate project design phase capitalizing on User and Employee Experience.
✓ Perform Employee and/or Referential Data Load activities (Historical Data, Compensation Changes, etc..)
Your Profile:
✓ MASTER’S degree in HRIS, or in Information Technology with a proven experience in HR, or in Human Resources Management with a proven experience in Information Technology or equivalent
✓ Minimim 6 years’ experience in HRIS, with a Significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors is REQUIRED in 3 of the following Modules: Employee Central (Position Management, Time Off, ECP, Integration Centre…), Performance & Goal Management, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting Marketing & Management, Onboarding 2.0, Calibration…
✓ SuccessFactors Certification in 1 of the following modules: EC, RMK, PMGM, Comp & VP
✓ Proven Professional experience in an international environment
✓ Pragmatic, Service- and solution-oriented, ability to collaborate & communicate with stakeholders across departments
✓ Ability to Handle confidential and sensitive information
✓ Perfect command of spoken and written English, French is a Big plus, Italian or Spanish are nice to have.
Work Location : Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France (Primary) or Turin, Itlay
Valid EU Work Permit
Remote Working : 1 day/week
