Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and analytical HR Transformation Project Manager to join our People team and lead strategic HR transformation initiatives supporting Eutelsat’s growth and evolution in low-orbit connectivity.
In this position, you will drive complex organizational and workforce transformation projects at the intersection of business strategy and people priorities, including organizational effectiveness initiatives, operating model evolution, and business transformation programs. You will work closely with specialized HR teams, including Social Affairs, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and People Administration, as well as Finance, Legal, and senior business leaders, contributing directly to strategic initiatives and organizational change projects.

Who You Are
• You bring 8+ years of experience in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, management consulting, or related strategic HR functions
• You have a proven track record leading complex cross-functional transformation programs in multinational environments
• You have strong analytical and modelling capabilities, with the ability to structure and simplify complex topics
• You possess strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, operating model design, workforce analytics, and change management
• You possess a solid understanding of labour law and HR environments
• You are comfortable working in operational or business-facing roles, with a pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset
• You have experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives, operating model evolution, organizational change, or workforce transformation programs
• You thrive as an individual contributor within transversal and collaborative environments
• You are skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders and building alignment across teams
• You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership in highly visible business environments
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
• You communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English; Italian is considered a plus
What You'll Do
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives from framing and design through implementation and follow-up, including preparation of project documentation
• Lead organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, and operating model initiatives across business units
• Assess current organizational structures and ways of working to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, governance, and accountability
• Design and implement operating models, governance frameworks, and workforce strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to define transformation priorities and implementation roadmaps
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and HR specialist teams
• Translate strategic priorities into practical and actionable solutions
• Coordinate activities, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Provide guidance on people-related and labour law considerations associated with organizational change initiatives where applicable
• Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Expertise and business leaders to drive sustainable outcomes
• Prepare executive-level recommendations, presentations, and decision-making materials for senior leadership
What You'll Need
• 8+ years of relevant experience in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, management consulting, organizational development, or project management within complex international organizations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of labour law and HR operational practices
• Experience managing projects in complex and transversal environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting business transformation, organizational change, integration, or workforce evolution initiatives
• Strong expertise in organizational diagnostics, workforce analytics, headcount planning, and operating model design
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in complex environments
• Ability to balance strategic perspective with operational execution
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Full professional proficiency in French and English required; Italian is a plus
Preferred Background
• Experience gained within a top-tier consulting firm, HR advisory practice, transformation office, or multinational corporate environment
• Exposure to fast-growing, technology-driven, telecommunications, aerospace, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience supporting business transformation and organizational evolution within international and matrix organizations
Where You’ll Work:
This role is based in Paris, France, and reports to the Director, People Strategy & HR Technology. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension. You will work in a collaborative and international environment, with opportunities for hybrid working and cross-functional collaboration across Eutelsat.
