Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Director with deep expertise in EU labor laws and HR practices to lead our human resources strategy. You will be overall responsible for driving HR strategies, performance management, organizational culture, and integration, while ensuring full compliance with all relevant HR regulations. This role is key to fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

You are a seasoned HR leader with extensive knowledge of EU employment laws and regulations. You have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building positive organizational culture. You thrive in complex, dynamic environments and excel at aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead performance management programs and talent development initiatives
- Foster an inclusive and engaging organizational culture that supports integration and growth
- Ensure compliance with all applicable EU labor laws and HR regulations
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader, preferably within EU jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of EU labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive cultural change and manage complex HR projects
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or other EU languages is a plus
