Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth & Strategy Director to act as the PMO for Day 1/Day 2 planning, orchestrate strategic initiatives, and drive corporate development efforts. You will lead scouting and execution of inorganic growth opportunities and support corporate governance activities, playing a key role in shaping the company’s expansion and long-term success.

Who You Are:
You are a strategic thinker and skilled project manager with experience in corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, and business growth. You excel at coordinating complex initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving results in fast-paced environments. You have strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

•Serve as PMO for Day 1 and Day 2 planning to ensure smooth operational transitions
•Orchestrate strategic initiatives across the organization, driving alignment and execution
•Lead scouting, evaluation, and execution of inorganic growth opportunities such as mergers and acquisitions
•Support corporate governance processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies
•Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement growth strategies
•Provide regular reporting and insights on strategic initiatives and growth activities

What You’ll Need:

•Proven experience in corporate development, strategy, or PMO roles
•Strong project management and organizational skills
•Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
•Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Fluency in English and French preferred
