Who You Are:

 Are you someone who loves writing content, producing videos, and using digital channels? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're looking for a marketing, communication university student to join our Group Internal Communications team. Reporting to the Group Internal Communications Director, you will be able to boost your skills and get involved in many diverse and interesting projects, working with a great variety of people within the Group.

What You’ll Do:

As an Internal Communication intern within the Human Resources Department, you will be part of a dynamic and international team, supporting the success of our Group wide strategy and contributing to creating a great employee experience. You will:

• Manage internal communication content and channels at Group level in English and French:
  • Write articles helping to report on what’s happening across Eutelsat Group, acting as a journalist.
  • Produce short dynamic videos to convey our main messages on internal screens around the world.
  • Help to manage the Group's fortnightly internal newsletter.
  • Participate in the organisation of internal Group events and activities in digital format.
• Recommend and implement internal actions designed to develop our People's engagement and strengthen their understanding of the company's strategy and raison d'être.
• Monitoring KPIs: taking stock of actions and identifying areas for optimisation.
• This list of tasks is not exhaustive, and you may be involved in other activities depending on your experience, needs and motivation!

What it Takes:

• You are preparing a 5-year degree in business or communications.
• You are familiar with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, and knowledge of the Play Play tool to create videos is a plus
• You have excellent writing and spelling skills and enjoy collaborating as part of a team. You will be able to synthesise and analyse, be rigorous and dynamic, and have good interpersonal skills and a sense of initiative.
• You are fluent in English.

What We’d Love:

• Knowing DTP tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus, as well as having experience with SharePoint.

You will be based at the Issy-les-Moulineaux site, a stimulating, modern, intercultural location, at the heart of the French telecoms industry, and close to the transport network!
