Job Overview

The Functional Lead plays a critical and visible role in the Lead to Order portfolio, working closely with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Design and IT teams to design digital capabilities and improvement across essential commercial and sales processes / products. Think of the Functional Lead like a leading interpreter, the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results. The Functional Lead, together with the functional analysts in the Lead to Order team, elicits, documents and analyses requirements around business challenges and then produces data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Lead to Contract Product Owner, key responsibilities include:

• Work with stakeholders and demand manager in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently

• Drive the identification of requirements to understand the needs and translate inputs into transformational business and digital solutions

• Own the development and refinement of process flows, use cases, user stories, and test cases

• Create and present application low level design solutions and future state goals.

• Provide guidance on best practices on digital business applications on the Salesforce platform

 

What You’ll Need:

•+5 years in Business Analysis role

• Proven experience in one or more Salesforce Product Technologies

• A minimum certification as a Sales Cloud Administrator is required 

• +2-year experience with CPQ o Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and other Salesforce products is a plus

• Experience with: 

• Experience in end-to-end Lead to Order through Order Management journeys and associated capabilities required to achieve efficient customer engagement, lead generation, qualification and conversion and to manage proper contract lifecycle and sales processes 

• Telecom and satellite systems o Tools based scaled Agile delivery and DevOps – using in-house technical delivery, systems integrators and product vendors o Global compliance, Security standards and data protection

• Experience with complex transformations and change management in telecoms/satellite service providers

• Experience in effective customer communication, team leadership and key stakeholder engagement

• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex international environment with pro-activity and flexibility

• Ability to work in team, with the right level of autonomy and excellent relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Full proficiency in English and French
