Who You Are:


As a Data analyst, you will collect insights from data to help businesses make decisions with regards to Customer Knowledge and Operational Efficiency.


Take part in an international project which aims to impact the customer journey (marketing, finance, sales, operations) as well as the teams involved in the underlying processes, on decision making based on internal and external data. You will use data coming from the entire IT ecosystem (Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, OSS, etc) as well as external databases (Geomarketing, Maritime fleet data, etc).



What You’ll Do:


  • You work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate with other teams (data engineers, data scientists) to identify data sources, build data models and dashboards to provide insights into business operations
  • You support the business analyst team and help them to structure the data sets with SQL and provide advanced statistical models.
  • You interpret the data to find trends or patterns, to produce actionable insight to help organizations achieve their goals
  • You turn the insights into visualizations that make abstract findings real for stakeholders
  • You define the performance KPIs with respect to the process, organization structures and internal customer’s need
  • You track KPIs errors, identify the source and manager the resolutions of the problem


What it takes:


  • You are graduated in a Master’s Degree in statistic preferably or quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics or economy)
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are being proficient with SQL. (Python or R would be an advantage)
  • You are familiar with Tableau or Power, Salesforce CRM system an advantage
  • You have good oral and written communication skills
  • You have good attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and analytical skills
  • Lean six sigma certification would be a plus
