Who You Are: 

You’re ready to take part in an international project aimed at connecting the world by becoming an part of the legal department.

What You’ll Do: 

• Corporate law and securities law:

You manage the preparation of legal documentation related to the approval of the accounts of French companies, the general meeting of the operational company, Eutelsat SA, and the listed holding company, Eutelsat Communications, implementing French Company & Security Law, AFEP-MEDEF Code as well as relevant European Directives, and - in coordination with local lawyers - monitoring of subsidiaries abroad;

• Governance:

You will participate to the entity management of the group companies (share capital increases or reductions, appointment of legal representatives & transfer of assets. You will oversee the documentation for board meetings, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and updating internal procedures in line with legislative and regulatory changes, researching and benchmarking market practices in governance;

• Contract law:

You assist in the drafting of intra-group contracts (capacity allocation, distribution, services...);

• Legal coordination of subsidiaries:

You work on the corporate database management software for all Group subsidiaries (Africa, Asia, Europe).

What it Takes: 

• You have at least 6 years of experience in a law firm or in a corporate legal team (excluding internships)

• Your spoken and written languages: French and English (very good level both orally and in writing)

• You have skills in: corporate law (essential); general private law; commercial law.
