Who You Are: 

 

You appreciate to evolve in a multicultural environment, surrounded by passionate people and you have an experience of at least 5 years working as paralegal in a law firm or a company (a degree - licence or master - in compliance and / or law would be appreciated).

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Working together with both the compliance and the corporate team, you will:

  • Provide assistance for the entity management of the Group companies:

    • Drafting of letters, attestations, powers of attorney, etc.

    • Convening and organizing meetings

    • Managing formalities (clerk's office, apostille, legalization, etc.)

  • Draft projects and manage of the list of DoA and PoA within the group;

  • Provide maintenance of lists of related parties, intercompany agreements, ordinary agreements and related parties agreements;

  • Assist in preparing the listed company's general meeting;

  • Provide global assistance to the Compliance team in its activities and discussions with the US Government;

    • Send compiled data to the US Authorities;

    • Organise calls and agendas ;

    • Read e-learning statistics and prepare reports;

    • Help in documenting the activities;

    • Pre-audit of various entities: file preparation, note formatting. Filing of documents;

    • Organization of all interviews to be scheduled for the audit.

    • Assist in the creation and management of data rooms.

 

What it Takes: 

 

  • A very good sense of organisation;

  • Rigour, pragmatism and discretion;

  • At ease with all O365 tools;  

  • A very good English (both oral and written - level C1 minimum)

  • A good team spirit together with the ability to work autonomously.

 

Where You’ll Be: You will be joining us in our modern offices in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
