Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior Compensation and Benefits analyst to join our team to support the implementation of our remuneration policy. The main topics will be :

• Annual cycles (bonuses, salary reviews),
• Internal and External salary benchmark,
• Compensation surveys,
• Job evaluations,
• Legal reports..

What You’ll Do:

• Work on internal and external salary benchmarks, by making compensation analyses and salary proposals,
• Support the reward Manager on salary review and bonus campaign,
• Contribute to the calculation of profit-sharing and incentive schemes in France.
• Responsible for producing mandatory and legal reports (social report, index F/M),
• Conduct remuneration surveys,
• Build, monitor and track HR indicators
• •Responsible for Comp&ben administrative tacks (compensation statements..)
• You will liaise with the HR, HRIS, payroll and other departments with regard to remuneration.

What You’ll Need:

• Master Degree in Human Resource Management or HR Data Analytics or similars
• Initial experience in compensation and benefits (at least through an apprenticeship or internship)
• Knowledge of international mobility principles would be an advantage
• Knowledge of an HRIS tool (preferably Success Factor)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Excel.
