What You’ll Do:

 

As a Central Financial Controller position at Eutelsat Group, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, challenging and summarizing actual/budget data from financial controllers and subsidiaries (local CFOs or local finance managers/management controllers), making sure data is reliable and consistent
  • Provide actual vs budget/forecast/last year variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly Reporting with a business focus, using KPIs designed to measure the Group's performance.
  • Provide the analyses required for the Group's financial communications.
  • Produce/formalize budget documents for Board note
  • Work on changes in scope (ie: acquisitions/mergers): alignment with Group Reporting processes and analytics
  • Coordinate and lead the Rolling Forecast & Flash processes in collaboration with the Video & Connectivity BUs
  • Prepare the Strategy function's budget in collaboration with Operational Managers, work on monthly closings and monthly reporting on Strategy perimeter
  • Cross-functional costs reporting by Comex member to the Finance Department.
  • Monitoring specific projects and compute some transversal analysis on these projects
  • Ad hoc analyses (M&A, Strategy, INSEE).

 

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • Business school or DSCG (Bac +5) with at least 3 years of experience in financial audit (ideally at a Big 4 or similar audit firm) completed by a first experience in Controlling.
  • Advanced technical skills: preferably OneStream, Global Analytics, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of an ERP such as SAP is a plus.
  • Accounting and IFRS Standards.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), with ability to challenge and influence business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze accounting, financial and business information.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Autonomous, rigorous.
  • Good interpersonal skills to maintain a network and ensure good communication with the various contacts: local management/financial controls, operational departments, other departments in the Finance Division; diplomacy to impose procedures.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written) is essential.
