Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated NOC L1 Controller to join our team and play a critical role in monitoring networks and infrastructure. You’ll ensure the availability of connectivity services. This position is key to maintaining service quality and providing technical assistance to our global customer base, working closely with on-duty controllers and international teams.

You are proactive, customer-focused, and thrive in a team environment. You have strong communication skills, are fluent in both English and Italian, and are capable of working within a 24/7 operational framework that includes night and weekend shifts. You’re eager to learn, can follow defined procedures, and are ready to support critical connectivity services for customers across the globe.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Configure remote station access to the Network Operational Database and service setup
- Assist customers with the setup, activation, and validation of remote terminal equipment
- Monitor networks and remote terminals, providing support to resolve service disruptions or degradations
- Communicate with customers via web, email, and phone to resolve issues effectively and professionally
- Implement routine procedures to ensure system and service performance
- Escalate unresolved or undocumented issues to senior on-duty Controllers
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or Degree
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift pattern
- Proactivity and problem-solving mindset
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite
What We’d Love:
- Knowledge of telecommunications and IT systems, especially in networking and satellite communications

Cagliari, Italy
This position operates on a rotating 24/7 basis with three shifts per day (8 hours each).
