Your Impact:

To work closely with Credit and Collection Manager, to support activities of Credit Management task and in coordination with Finance department.

Your Mission:

• Support to activities related to the Credit management of the entities of the Group respecting the Finance procedures and workflow.
• Review existing accounts to determine the current credit position of customers and to ensure that they can meet their commitments to the company.
• Monitor all overdue accounts and propose necessary action to ensure that these are collected in accordance with the company’s credit policies.
• Take all necessary pre-approved actions to recover payments where customers are in default.
• Investigate any complaints by customers that might result in them disputing invoices or withholding payments.
• Support to activities related to the daily registration of payments in SAP for the different entities and correct allocation of it.
• Support to activities related to data analysis and daily/monthly reporting for Commercial and Finance Management.
• Support in the daily tasks to the Commercial team providing the situation of the customer’s balance.
• Credit management should manage and be able to provide feedback to the different departments and customer within the 24 hours.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in economic field (Accounting, Finance, or any related field)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Working experience for 1-2 years in similar position preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, SAP ) and other related PC tools.
• Soft Skills: Good organizational skills; precision; ability to handle fast-paced activities; ability to integrate in a workgroup whose activities are directed towards multinational and multicultural environments; desire to get involved and to share innovative ideas.
